Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility
    1(a). Returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
    1(b). Must be unused, sealed, with original packaging and invoice.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    2(a). Unsealed, tampered, or used products.
    2(b). Items purchased during flash sales or clearance unless defective.
  3. Return Process

    3(c). Return shipping is at your cost unless item is defective.
  4. Refund & Exchange
    4(a). Refunds issued within 7 business days of receipt inspection.

    4(c). Exchanges processed within 3 days of return receipt.
  5. Defective or Damaged Products
    5(a). Report within 7 days of delivery for damaged or broken seals.
    5(b). We’ll resend the product or issue a full refund (including shipping).
