SMS Policy

  1. Scope & Consent
    1(a). SMS sent only to users who have opted in.
    1(b). Opt-in during account setup or promotions.
  2. Message Types
    2(a). Transactional: Order confirmations, shipment updates.
    2(b). Promotional: Offers, discounts, campaigns — only with express consent.
  3. Frequency & Content
    3(a). Max 8 messages/month for promotional content.
    3(b). Content will include sender ID and opt-out instructions.
  4. Opt-Out & Re-Opt-In
    4(a). Reply “STOP” to unsubscribe; we’ll stop within 48 hours.
    4(b). Reply “START” or use website settings to re-subscribe.
  5. Compliance & Liability
    5(a). We comply with India’s TRAI regulations.
    5(b). We’ll not be liable for telecom network delays or losses.
  6. Policy Changes
    6(a). We may update this policy; notice will be provided 15 days in advance.
    6(b). Continued receipt constitutes acceptance of updates.
